Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is author of a number of well-known American cookbooks on cooking. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. It is on since 2002. Ina Garten began her career in the White House where she wrote the nuclear energy policy and budget reports. Her first impression was that her job to be intellectually stimulating, but eventually lost interest and opened a grocery store that was called Barefoot Contessa. After 18 years of making her shop a massive success she sold it, and then began writing her first book. In the following years, numerous cookbooks were published and she also wrote columns for magazines. The Food Network television program also was launched and soon became a hit. Additionally, she offers everything from cooking equipment to tools and storage containers. Ina did not go to a cookery school nor did she work in a restaurant. Her education is completely self-taught. Her relaxed approach to entertaining and her easy cooking style are well known. The most well-known recipes are Skillet and Roasted lemon Chicken Mac and cheese Mac, Beef Bourguignon and cheese paired with Beatty's Chocolate Cake as well as Lemon Bars.
